TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
- The machine is used to pump fresh water, clean water, the water temperature must not exceed 35°C.
- When the pump is operating, make sure that the entire pump body is completely submerged in water.
- Must clean all impurities in the well (wash the well) such as mud, sand, trash, gravel, leaves, etc., before dropping the pump into the well.
- When using the pump, pay attention to a stable power source and the current must meet the requirements. It is recommended to use high quality power cord 5-7A/1mm ² for copper wire and 2-2.7A/1mm ² for aluminum wire.
- Do not place the pump too far from the power source.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Dai Thang Loi Trading and Production Co., Ltd. commits to a 12-month warranty for rocket pumps. Please refer to the warranty information below:
- Technical defects of the product are confirmed to be due to the manufacturer's error.
- The product must be within the warranty period and used in accordance with the manufacturer's conditions.
- Warranty card and warranty stamp must be intact and must not be patched, erased or repaired.
- The machine is in its original form and has not been disassembled or replaced.
2. CASE OF NO WARRANTY
Dai Thang Loi Trading and Production Co., Ltd. will refuse product warranty in the following cases:
- Violation of one of the conditions stated in the above section.
- Customers arbitrarily intervene in the product or have it repaired at outside facilities.
- Product damage due to improper use, instructions, purpose, rust, natural disasters, insect or animal damage....
- The product uses the wrong voltage, unstable power source,...
- No warranty for rubber components, plastic components and seals.
